1. Who We Are

DiecastVerified.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by ClubTuned (“ClubTuned,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). ClubTuned is the data controller of information collected through the Site.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you submit when requesting verification or managing a profile, such as your name, country, region, Facebook profile URL, and (where you choose to provide it) your mailing address, email address, and phone number.
• Account information for administrators and authorized reviewers, including email address and authentication credentials.
• Usage and device information automatically collected when you interact with the Site, such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the Site, keep you signed in, and measure performance.

2a. What Appears Publicly vs. What Stays Private

The public registry page for an approved member is intentionally limited. It may display: the member’s display name, verified number, country/region, a button-link to their Facebook profile (when provided), the date they were added, and their current community listing status.

The following information is never publicly displayed on the Site: mailing address, email address, phone number, raw Facebook URL as clickable text, reference details, internal review notes, or any other contact information you submit. That information is used only for community administration and to contact you about your submission.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
• Process verification requests and display approved entries in the public registry;
• Communicate with you about your submission, your account, or changes to the Site;
• Conduct analytics, research, and product development to improve the Site and ClubTuned’s broader services;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms; and
• Support direct marketing and partnership offers, as described below.

4. Commercial Use and Sharing

By using the Site and submitting information through it, you acknowledge and agree that use of this website grants ClubTuned permission to use all submitted and collected data for direct marketing, partnership, analytical, and third-party commercial offers. This may include using the data ourselves, sharing it with service providers acting on our behalf, and disclosing or licensing it to third parties for their own marketing, advertising, analytics, or commercial purposes. We may combine the information you provide with information from other sources to improve targeting and relevance of those offers.

We also share information in the following circumstances:

• Public registry display. Information you submit for verification (such as your name, region, and a button-linked Facebook profile when provided) is intended to appear publicly on the Site. Public profiles never display raw Facebook URLs as text.
• Community administration. Submissions and related metadata are shared with the DiecastVerified team and authorized reviewers for the purpose of evaluating verification.
• Service providers. We share data with vendors that host, store, secure, analyze, and deliver the Site on our behalf.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith it is required to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of ClubTuned, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If ClubTuned is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not knowingly sell information to third parties in exchange for monetary consideration without first complying with applicable law. Where applicable law gives you the right to opt out of certain sharing for targeted advertising or “sale” as defined by that law, see “Your Choices” below.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

6. Your Choices

• Access, correction, deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted by contacting us at the address below. We will respond as required by applicable law. Note that removing your entry may also remove your verification status from the public registry.
• Marketing opt-out. You can opt out of receiving direct marketing communications from ClubTuned by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing message or by contacting us.
• Email. Transactional and account-related emails (such as verification status updates) may continue even after opting out of marketing.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Site, maintain the integrity of the verification registry, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. International Users

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. See also our Terms of Service.
